Performance Testing
RUI-HE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. The material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.
Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in the process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.
Certificate
Rui-He RH5022P® solid silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: RoHS, FDA, REACH, PAHS, ISO9001:2016, etc.

FAQ
Q: What is the shelf life of a silicone product?
A: The effective shelf life of silicone rubber compounds is dependant largely on what is required from the compound in processing terms. The material tends to stiffen with age but this can be overcome by freshening on a two-roll mill. In general terms, most compounds have a declared shelf life of at least 6 months.
Q: How do I store silicone compounds?
A: Silicone compounds should be stored in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and heat, and at a temperature of less than 30C.
Q: How to get rid of the bubbles during my mold making?
A: After mixing liquid silicone with a curing agent, please put the materials into the vacuum machine to take off the bubbles
