Quality Control Policy

RUIHE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. Material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.

Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.

To fulfill these kinds of level needs, RUIHE Silicone is introducing the latest analytical equipment and developing its own original quality control system, while building a management system to enforce this function continuously and effectively. As our customers' best partner, we always provide a stable supply of quality products.

RUIHE Silicone began tackling quality control in 2004, the beginning of the founding, and went to work to establish quality control methods. Since 2008, we have received ISO 9001:2015, LFGB, RoHS, REACH, FDA, PAHs certifications at almost all of its production facilities. In addition, RUIHE Silicone is regularly executing quality audits of each batch of our products. We are meeting the needs of the times through unflagging pursuit of quality control.
